- NOT LOGGED IN – Before adding items to your cart, ensure that you are logged into your Jane online ordering account.
- INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER – Access your Jane online ordering account and verify that the mobile phone number on file is accurate.
- INCOMPLETE CHECKOUT – After the desired products are added to your cart, it is key that you click “Confirm pickup reservation” on the checkout screen.
Where can I see my Best Budzz Rewards loyalty points?
- Your loyalty point balance can be found on the “Cart” screen of your Jane online ordering account under the “Use store rewards” tab. Please contact us if they are not displaying properly.
